Non-promotional shipping rates are as follows:

• Ground shipping within the United States is $10.00
• Overnight shipping within the United States is $40.00
• Shipping to Canada is $45.00 flat rate
• International shipping (to countries outside the United States and Canada) is $75.00 flat rate
