Items purchased from Johan may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. Johan is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.We do not cover return shipping costs.
